Project
An interactive site for Latif's work, projects, AI guide, and fit analysis.
An interactive site for Latif's work, projects, AI guide, and fit analysis.
The Problem
I build things to solve a specific pain, not to decorate a portfolio. This is the pressure that made this project necessary.
A normal personal website cannot show how Latif thinks, what he has built, or where the work is still changing. The site itself is a product: public project pages, job-fit analysis, chat, and a knowledge-backed profile.
The Build
The Chief Latif Website combines a public portfolio, project-aware AI guide, job-fit analysis, structured knowledge, authenticated deeper surfaces, a digital-twin avatar, and a test-backed backend.
Architecture 1
Interactive evidence system for career, project, and hiring-context evaluation.
Architecture 2
Knowledge-backed AI guide architecture across project pages, chat, fit analysis, and authenticated surfaces.
Architecture 3
399 backend tests recorded for the backend quality baseline.
Reality Check
The point is not to pretend the work was clean. This is what the project taught, where it changed shape, or where the boundary still matters.
The hard part has been making a public site that does not flatten the story into either a resume or a sales pitch.
The site now needs more plain language, clearer project boundaries, and more of the real story behind the systems, not only polished claims.
The website is a working product surface and an evolving narrative layer. It should make the work easier to understand without pretending the story is finished.
Value
This is the practical value of the work. Where a project is unfinished, shelved, or still changing, the value is tied to what it actually taught.
Current status
Chief Latif Website is shown here as a supporting system or earlier project.
Current signal
documented by the running site and backend test base, with the public story still being tuned

Technical Layer
This is the implementation surface behind the work: the architecture choices, operating layers, integrations, and controls that made the project real enough to learn from.
Static public frontend hosted through Azure Front Door and Azure Storage
Python backend on Azure App Service with streaming chat and fit analysis
Azure OpenAI chat and embedding stack for project-aware answers
PostgreSQL knowledge store with vector search, source documents, and project retrieval
Authenticated admin surfaces, JWT auth, Azure Key Vault secrets, rate limits, and safety filters
Public AI guide, project-aware routing, job-fit analysis, journal feed, media assets, and dashboard
Build Story
This is the reasoning path behind the output, not just the finished artifact.
The work starts from a concrete operating problem: an interactive site for Latif's work, projects, AI guide, and fit analysis.
Project-aware AI guide, fit analysis, knowledge graph, and 399 backend tests. The public page focuses on the product vision, architecture, and current signal.
The project uses clean copy and lightweight media treatment until stronger creative assets exist.
Capability Signal
These capabilities land best when they are tied to specific work rather than broad claims.
